Our Masters

We have many members ranging from complete novices to Dive Masters, so you are guarenteed to find someone in the same boat as you.

We also take new students on each of the diver qualifications every 6 months so you will not be waiting long to start your course.

SCUBA Equipment

Have you ever thought that there is no point taking an interest in diving because the equipment is so expensive, well we have a wide range of diving equipment available to use and hire from the club.

So, try out some of equipment first, get used to the excitement of diving, then invest in the kit that best suits you at a later date, we have many members that can advise you what to buy and what not to buy.

We usually only request that new members buy a mask and a pair of flippers to fit their particular size.

Membership Details

Becoming a member is simple...
Firstly you need to become a member of BSAC which is an annual charge of £50. However you will also get an annual subscription to 'Diver', the monthly diving magazine, free of charge. Dorking BSAC then requires a further £12 per month which covers your 4 monthly visits to the Dorking Sports Centre and the use of the swimming pool and changing facilities. The only other costs are that of the courses, which vary dependant on your level. Please give us a call or pop in for a visit to find out more
